introducing coach nick farr + 20 week TRAINING plans

This year, we are proud to partner with Nick Farr, owner and head coach of P3 Fitness as our official training coach. Born, raised and based in NJ, Nick developed P3 Fitness to focus on supporting endurance athletes to meet their goals whether they are to achieve PRs and podium spots, to improve bio-mechanics to avoid injury, or anything in-between. 

Nick is an avid endurance athlete and provides his expertise in coaching to support ALL athletes (5K through Marathon) with a specialized 20 week training plan! Follow the links to training plans for each distance race. Whether your goal is couch to 5K or you are chasing a Marathon PR, we've got you covered.
